Summer Sports

Sport and movement are the two main things that a healthy life is based on. For some people, sport is a lifestyle, for others, it’s a game, the ability to switch from a mental load, change activity, be distracted, stress relieve or throw out excess energy. Sport is incredibly useful for all people of any age because any sport strengthens a person’s health, circulatory system, nervous system, and immunity, helps a person to be slim and strong, allows a child to develop properly and an adult's body to stay fit. Most sports are also a good way to relax.

Warm summer weather inspires people to go out, encourages activity in the sun, heavy loads, and even extreme ones. At this time, you can enjoy a number of sports. The most common summer sports are ball games — basketball, American football, associative football, volleyball, baseball, lacrosse, field hockey, golf, field handball, beach handball, racquet sports — tennis, squash, badminton, athletics, martial arts, running, cycling, horse riding, racing, shooting, and some extreme sports — mountain boarding, canyoning, rock climbing, parachuting, gliding, and others.

Water sports occupy a special place and are among the most comfortable in the summer, when both air and water are well warmed. Water sports include sports on and under water, boating, sailing, rowing, and motor boat racing. Some of the mentioned sports are interesting at any time of the year, but they especially bring pleasure and joy in the warm summer season. You can choose any of this variety to your taste.

It is impossible to choose the most popular summer sport, for some it is cycling around the city, park or forest, or skateboarding, for others swimming is the best. Some adults and children love a quiet ride, while others like tricks. Among the summer outdoor games, football is probably the most popular, it is played in all countries of the world, both on the field and beach. Make your choice!

Template 1: Cricket Field

This template demonstrates the standard field used for playing cricket. The field for cricket is a large grassy field that has defined dimensions and markings. Typically, it has a form of an oval, but the round-shaped fields, non-symmetric or irregular shapes are also met. The dimensions of the cricket fields are not fixed, but no boundary shall be longer than 90 yards (82.29 meters) and shorter than 65 yards (59.43 meters). The field offered on this template has an oval form and is based on the circle with 30 yards or 27.4 meters radius. The field is divided into several parts: infield, outfield, and close-infield. This division is used to enforce the fielding restrictions. The close-infield part is represented by two circles of radius 15 yards or 13.7 meters centered in the middle. Use this template to design your own cricket field and to calculate its dimensions before construction. Adding of objects of players lets one model the game.

The goals are placed in the middle of the field ends and are surrounded by a 6-meter zone where plays only a defending goalkeeper. The ball is thrown into the goal from the outside of this zone or while "diving" into it. All lines and areas marking on the field are also depicted in this template.
