There are numerous articles about the advantages of flowcharting, creating business graphics and developing different charts. Nevertheless, these articles are almost useless without the main component - the examples of flowcharts, org charts and without a fine example, it is difficult to get all the conveniences of creating diagrams. You can find tons of templates and vivid examples on Solution Park.
This illustration shows a variety of business diagrams that can be created using ConceptDraw DIAGRAM. It comprises a different fields of business activities: management, marketing, networking, software and database development along with design of infographics and business illustrations. ConceptDraw DIAGRAM provides a huge set of sample drawings including business process modeling diagrams,, network diagrams, UML diagrams, orgcharts, DFD, flowcharts, ERD, geographical maps and more.

The Project Management Triangle Diagram depicts three main constraints of any project: scope, time and cost. Projects have to comply with the specified scope, projects should be finished in time and projects need to consume the budget. Each of the constraints represents one side of the triangle, and any change in budget or timing or scope affects the entire diagram.

The diagrams with highest level in the hierarchy define the main processes or subsystems with external and internal data sources. To detail them, DFD Library is used to build a system of lower level diagrams. This decomposition continues hereinafter it is meaningless.
This data flow diagram of a system of a library management is a context-level DFD. The data flow diagram of this type depicts the large system as a solid process, and does not input any explanation of its content. It is an ordinary practice - creation of a context-level data flow diagram when starting system development. This DFD was made using ConceptDraw solution designed especially for data flow diagrams development. One can find out Data Flow Diagrams Solution in a Solution Park of ConceptDraw and can use in as addition to the common Conceptdraw DIAGRAM diagramming tools.

There are many tools to manage a process or to illustrate an algorithm or a workflow. Flowcharting is one of those tools. However, it may be difficult to show complex processes that require multiple attributes or several people in a simple flowchart, so a cross-functional flowchart would be a solution for that situation. To create such flowchart, group processes and steps to labeled rows or columns, and divide those groups with horizontal or vertical parallel lines. It is worth mentioning that there are different types of cross-functional flowcharts, like opportunity or deployment flowchart.
This diagram shows a cross-functional flowchart that was made for a trading process. It contains 14 processes, distributed through 5 lines depicting the participants who interact with the process. Also there are connectors that show the data flow of information between processes. The cross-functional flowchart displays a detailed model of the trading process, as well as all participants in the process and how they interact with each other. The lines in the flowchart indicates the position, department and role of the trading process participants.
