Bring map content into PROJECT to start a plan. Move project outlines, selected tasks, or resource lists into MINDMAP to review and develop the information visually.

Copy a project or selected tasks from its outline and paste them into DIAGRAM to create a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) diagram.

Choose the content you need, copy it, and paste it into the destination application. Build on an existing document or start a new one, then refine the result for the task at hand.

to project outline—and back.
Paste map content into PROJECT's Gantt Chart View to create an outlined task list, then complete the task parameters. Paste into Multiproject View to create a new project within the file.
To return to a visual map, copy one or more projects from Multiproject View into MINDMAP. You can also paste selected task outlines onto a new map page or into an existing branch, or bring a project resource list into a map.

into a WBS diagram.
Copy the project or the tasks you want to show from PROJECT's outline list. Paste them into DIAGRAM, then arrange the layout to communicate the breakdown of the work.
