FAQ on Updating and Upgrading ConceptDraw Products

If you have previously purchased ConceptDraw OFFICE 10, you are eligible for upgrade pricing.

These are the last updates that were released for the previous versions of ConceptDraw products.

Win: Your current programs will be deleted during this update.

macOS: Your current ConceptDraw Apps will be deleted during this update from the Applications folder.

Win: To keep your custom materials safe during updating and upgrading programs, you can use the default save location:
C:Users~USER NAME~DocumentsMy ConceptDraw

/Users/~USER NAME~/Documents/My ConceptDraw

Win: ConceptDraw OFFICE 10 will be deleted while installing ConceptDraw OFFICE 11, so if you want to roll back to ConceptDraw OFFICE 10 you will need to install OFFICE 10 again.

Win: ConceptDraw OFFICE 10 files will be removed during ConceptDraw OFFICE 11 installation. During this installation, you can select an alternate location for installation. When the install screen “Type of installation” appears select Custom, and then in the install screen “Application(s) location” it is possible to browse for the directory where you want the installation to occur.
To increase flexibility in the administration of the install process there is the opportunity to select a different than default location to install the ConceptDraw software, and one can also select the location to put ConceptDraw content (ConceptDraw Solutions, templates, libraries, etc.)

macOS: There is no such option for macOS.

ConceptDraw STORE is a core service program that delivers licenses, solutions, and updates to your computer; and provides you with an interface to libraries, samples, and templates.

You can keep both ConceptDraw OFFICE 11 and ConceptDraw OFFICE 10 on different devices if you have both licenses.

Win: You can uninstall any ConceptDraw program directly from ConceptDraw STORE. You can find the Uninstall button at the top right corner of the window. To completely uninstall ConceptDraw OFFICE in one operation you can go to Control Panel and uninstall from there.

macOS: There is no uninstall embedded to ConceptDraw STORE, all products can be deleted moving to Trash (as usually on Mac).

You can purchase and install a single product through ConceptDraw STORE. Open the ConceptDraw Apps tab and click "Buy" beside the desired product.
