How to Perform a Presentation on Windows Using Two Monitors

ConceptDraw DIAGRAM supports multi-monitor usage. The only limit is that ConceptDraw DIAGRAM can run only one presentation at a time. So, you can run a presentation in one monitor and have the same or a different document open for editing on the second monitor. By default, every presentation is displayed on the primary monitor. To run a presentation on the secondary monitor perform the following steps.

1. Open ConceptDraw DIAGRAM document.
2. Switch to the View tab on the ribbon and select the Presentation panel in the Panels list.

3. Click on the lower side of the drop down button Output Device, and choose the primary monitor to display a presentation.

4. Run the presentation using the Play button.
5. If you have dual monitor support, you can make real-time changes in the presentation file using your laptop and see them immediately on the second monitor you use to present for audience.
