How to Add a Cross-Functional Flowchart to a PowerPoint Presentation

A cross-functional type of a flowchart diagram can be helpful when representing the transferring of data, documents, and tasks during a performance of a work process. The ability to create this form of a flowchart is contained within the Cross-Functional Flowcharts solution. A PowerPoint presentation, that includes featured flowcharts is a clear way of showing each team member’s responsibilities and how processes get shared or transferred between different teams and departments.

1. Run ConceptDraw DIAGRAM.
2. Reveal the Cross-Functional Flowcharts in the Solutions panel.
3. Before creating a flowchart, activate the Chain connection mode by using button on the toolbar.
4. Add the shapes to the diagram from the Cross-Functional Flowchart library. They appear on the flowchart as connected objects.

5. Next add text to the diagram and format the objects.

6. You can add additional pages to a document using the context menu of Page Navigator (View menu).

7. Export your multi-page diagram as an MS PowerPoint® presentation using the Export option from the File menu.
