1. Open a ConceptDraw DIAGRAM new document and find the Basic Circle-Spoke Diagrams in the Solutions panel.
2. Click the Circle-Spoke Diagram library preview to open it in the Library panel.
3. Add the diagram to the document by dragging it from the library to the document page.

4. To make changes in your diagram use the Action button menu. To open the menu select an object and click the  button in the upper right corner of the object.

5. To change circles size select diagram and drag a control dot.
