How to View Resource Tasks Scheduled on a Specific Time in Different Projects

One of the most important roles of the project manager is tracking the assignments for project resources in order to effectively organize their workloads. You can preview how efficiently your resources are planned to be used in the current project through the calendar. You will see whether you need to make any improvements, by viewing all tasks scheduled for certain resources at a certain time in ConceptDraw PROJECT Server.

1. Run ConceptDraw PROJECT Server.
2. Open Workspace Menu and select SCHEDULER.

3. Select the proper data period using calendar panel, or scroll bar .

4. The Scheduler window shows projects, tasks, and resources scheduled for those projects. The color of the task is the same as the color of the project.

5. You can toggle projects' visibility and show/hide tasks assigned to particular resources using corresponding controls. The task will be hidden if you turn off a project, or all the resources assigned.

6. To see tasks that do not have assigned resources, simply turn off all resources and click the UNASSIGNED TASKS button.
