Embedded Filtering Capabilities
in ConceptDraw PROJECT for macOS

Generally speaking, you view your project data lists in the order that they’re managed. But as a project grows, you might find it handy to focus on particular information in your project. For example, you may want to highlight only the project milestones.

1. Activate filters using the Filter Mode button on the Toolbar.
2. Select Milestones in the drop-down list of embedded filters.

3. Toggle Show/Highlight, if you want to just highlight filtered items without hiding the other data.

4. Toggle Show Phases to display phases that are associated with tasks shown in the filtered view.

5. You may reverse filtering condition using the Invert button on the ribbon.

6. To apply a filter to other filter options, click the Refilter button.

7. To remove the filter, click on the Clear Filter button, or use the Exit button.

Result: The embedded filters of ConceptDraw PROJECT can be very useful for viewing a specific range of information. You can apply filters to tasks, resources and even projects.
