How to Apply the Same Formatting to Different Objects

ConceptDraw DIAGRAM provides two ways you can use to quickly format objects.

You can apply pre-designed color schemes and formatting to your drawing with one click using Styles section in the Format panel. Applying a pre-designed style to selected objects is a quick way to make your drawings professionally looking.

Another way is using Make Same tool on the Arrange&Size panel to spread formatting across multiple objects.

Embedded Style Themes

1. Select objects.
2. Choose one of the embedded styles. Each format style includes the pre-designed color of an object's fill and border along with effects and text formatting.

3. You can create your custom style and save it in your ConceptDraw DIAGRAM.

Make Same

1. Select the objects.
2. Select objects. The object, whose formatting you want to transfer to other it should be highlighted with a green frame.
3. Select proper Make Same options.
4. The required properties will be duplicated across all selected objects.
