How to Apply the Same Formatting to Different Objects

ConceptDraw DIAGRAM offers two quick ways to format objects and improve the appearance of your drawings.

You can instantly apply professionally designed color schemes and formatting by using the Styles section in the Format panel. Applying a predefined style to selected objects is an easy way to create polished, professional-looking diagrams with a single click.

Another option is the Make Same tool on the Arrange & Size panel, which allows you to quickly copy formatting from one object and apply it to multiple objects throughout your drawing.

Embedded Style Themes

1. Select the objects you want to format.
2. Choose one of the built-in styles. Each style includes predefined fill and border colors, visual effects, and text formatting.

3. You can also create a custom style and save it for future use in ConceptDraw DIAGRAM.

Make Same

1. Select the objects you want to format.
2. Select the source object whose formatting you want to apply to other objects. The source object is highlighted with a green frame.
3. Choose the appropriate Make Same options.
4. The selected formatting properties will be copied and applied to all chosen objects.
