How to Edit Grouped Objects on PC

Grouping shapes, pictures, and other objects allows you to format, resize, rotate, and move them as a single entity. This feature simplifies diagram editing and helps maintain the layout of related objects.

Although grouped objects behave as a single object, you can still edit individual objects within the group. This guide explains how to create a group and modify its contents.

1. Select the objects you want to group, then click Group in the Group and Lock section of the Arrange & Size side panel.

1. Grouped objects can be moved, resized, and formatted as a single entity. To edit an individual object within the group, click Edit Group in the Group and Lock section of the Arrange & Size side panel.

1. The group opens in a separate editing window. Make the required changes to the objects within the group. When you finish editing, simply close the editing window.

Result: The document page is updated automatically, and all changes made to the grouped objects are applied.
