How to Create a Stakeholder Onion Diagram

Stakeholder Onion Diagram is a tool for identifying and investigating relationships of stakeholders to project goals. The primary difference that separates the onion diagram from other types of project oriented diagrams is the focus on the project goals.

1. Run ConceptDraw DIAGRAM
2. Find out the Stakeholder Onion Diagram solution in the Solutions panel.
3. Select a proper library. Double click on an object’s icon in the library to place it in the center of your document.
4. Select the diagram segment to change its position or even remove, if needed.

5. You can add some text into diagram objects. Click on a single object to select it, and then type your information. By dragging the control dots you can regulate its position.

6. Use Line, Fill, Shadow and Text tools to format diagram objects.

7. Finally, you can export your drawing to MS PowerPoint® and Adobe PDF using the Export options from the File menu.
