How to Create a TQM Diagram Using Total Quality Management Diagrams Solution

Total quality management (TQM) tools are used to identify, analyze and assess data responsible for enhancing quality and productivity in business organizations. The ability to create TQM diagrams is contained in the Total Quality Management Diagrams solution. It extends ConceptDraw DIAGRAM with a library that contains 52 vector shapes.

1. Open a ConceptDraw DIAGRAM new document and select the Total Quality Management Diagrams item in the Solutions panel.
2. Click the library preview to open it in the Library panel.
3. Add the TQM elements to the diagram by dragging them from the library to the document page.
4. You can assign the library objects with Rapid Draw features using the Rapid Draw button
5. Use Rapid Draw arrows to create new objects automatically.

6. Add text to objects &mdash select an object and type. Make changes iff needed using the text format options.

7. Use Line, Fill and other tools provided in the Format panel to format diagram elements.

Result: TQM diagram is useful for developing improvement plans and quality solutions of all organization processes.
