How to Make a Rapid Draw Object

The Rapid Draw technology is an automatic drawing system intends to significantly reduce the time of creating flowcharts and diagrams that consist of typical entities. You can extend the standard object libraries with new objects by customizing any item from any library and assigning it with Rapid Draw features.

1. Run ConceptDraw DIAGRAM and open the Flowchart library.
2. Select an object. Go to the Shape menu, and check the Rapid Draw item.

3. Using the Rapid Draw arrows you can quickly create new composite object.

4. Then, you can select your new object and add it to the library using drag and drop.

5. You can assign Rapid Draw functionality to grouped objects. Each of the component parts of a complex grouped object preserves Rapid Draw feature. Just ungroup the object using context menu.

Result:You can quickly compose a large complex flowchart using new custom Rapid Draw objects.
