How to Create a New Library

When creating a diagram, you may need to use a large set of elements from different libraries. In such cases, ConceptDraw DIAGRAM allows you to create a custom library that combines vector objects from multiple existing libraries.

You can also add your own custom objects to this library. Each object in a custom library can include a unique description and a set of keywords, making it easier to search for and reuse elements in future diagrams.

1. Open the Libraries panel using the Libraries button on the View tab.
2. Create a new library using the context menu.

3. Drag and drop the required objects into the new library panel. Use the Properties options in the context menu to name the library and its objects.

4. From the context menu, select Save As to save the new library to the My ConceptDraw folder on your computer.

5. The easiest way to access your custom library and other saved content is through the My ConceptDraw panel in the View tab.

Result: You can quickly create diagrams using a personalized library tailored to your specific workflow and design needs.
