How to Make Different Backgrounds Within a Multipage Drawing

ConceptDraw DIAGRAM documents can contain multiple background pages. Background pages help maintain a consistent appearance across diagrams and allow you to apply different visual layouts to individual pages within the same document.

In a multipage ConceptDraw DIAGRAM document, you can assign a unique background to each page. This feature is especially useful when creating complex documentation that requires different page layouts, headers, footers, or design elements.

1. Right-click the page preview in the Page Navigator.
2. Select the Choose Background command from the context menu.

3. Assign the appropriate background page to each document page.

Result: You can export the drawing as a multipage Adobe Acrobat PDF document. Each page retains the background that was assigned to it, preserving the intended layout and design.
