ConceptDraw PROJECT: Filter Tasks and Resources on Mac

Filtering project data allows you searching project schedule items quickly. Using ConceptDraw PROJECT filtering options allows you to focus in on the data that is most important to you. Thus you can find out and group project tasks by various parameters. You can then discover the completed tasks or the most expensive tasks. Using filters will help to produce task-oriented reports by hiding items that are unnecessary at a time. Filtering allows you to focus on specific tasks, projects or resources. If you need to filter your project data in some special way to get the appropriate information, use an advanced tool for custom filtering.
Filtering allows you to focus in on just the set of plan data that is important to you at any given point in time. Learning about filters will enable you to work more efficiently in the workspace. Choose from our many pre-built filter options or even create some of your own custom filters. Use the Filters dialog that can be accessed from Edit Filter button in the Filters section on the View tab.
In the left part of the window, you can specify the project view, which is filtered by default. There is also the filters list which contains predefined and user created filtering options.

Activate filters using the Filter Mode button on the Toolbar.
Select the Manage filters option from the drop-down menu to open Filters dialog.

Select Projects, Tasks or Resources (depending on which type of filter you want to create) and then click the Add button.
In the field Column, choose which column you want to filter.
In the Test field, indicate how you want to match what you chose for the field Column to the Value field in the next step.
In the Value column, choose the value you need.

Create custom filters in ConceptDraw PROJECT on Mac

To add another row to your filter, click the Add button.
You can set the relationship between rows by selecting a value in the field Relation.
When you’re done, click OK.
