How to Connect a Single Project Items

Each item in the single project file (Project, Task, and Resource) can be connected by a hyperlink to any object within the current document, such as a Project, Task, Phase or Resource. You can manage hyperlinks using the Hypernote panel. This side panel combines together the function of adding and editing text notes and hyperlinks, being previously divided between the Text Note and Hyperlink panels.

1. Select the Project, Task or Resource item.
2. Click the Hyperlink icon .
3. From context menu select “Add hyperlink to object”.

4. From the list of objects select the one, you need and press the Select button.

5. Any item with a hyperlink will be marked with icon 
    An item that has a hyperlink will display this icon 
6. Use the Hypernote panel to manage the hyperlink. You can add, edit or remove it.

Result:To make referencing information outside or inside the project file effortless, you can add a hyperlink to a Task, Phase, Resource or Project.
