How to Activate ConceptDraw Purchased Through Reseller

You need to open an account on ConceptDraw.com to activate your product. It does not matter where you have purchased your product from; this is a requirement for activation.
When purchasing ConceptDraw products through a reseller you are provided with an Activation Key. Use it according to the following instructions:

1. Please Sign Up on www.conceptdraw.com.
2. Fill out the first stage of two-stage form with your information, and then click Sign Up.

3. Check your email for the message from support@conceptdraw.com that contains your confirmation link.
   If you do not receive the confirmation link, please check your spam filter. If you cannot find it in your spam filter please submit a support ticket so you can receive your Sign In credentials. Actually, we recommend you to add the conceptdraw.com domain to your Safe Senders List. This will allow you to receive important information regarding your ConceptDraw products.
4. Follow the link to confirm your account and to fill out the second stage of registration.
5. Activate User Menu by clicking your User Name.
6. In the User menu, select Activate to go to the product activation section.



7. Copy and paste your activation key and click Activate.

8. Run ConceptDraw STORE, then open the Account panel and click Synchronize button to synchronize your licenses and activate your products.
   If you reinstall or install ConceptDraw products on a second computer, you do not need to enter your activation key a second time. It is saved to your account.
