How to Draw a Decision-Making Diagram

A Decision Tree diagram is used to reveal the probable results of a range of possible choices. It helps to estimate eventual actions against one another based on their plus and minus, probable outcomes and risks.   1. Run ConceptDraw DIAGRAM.
  2. Reveal the Decision-Making item in the Solutions panel and select a library. Now you have a workspace and tools for your drawing.
