How to Download ConceptDraw Products Through a Proxy Server
If you are not sure whether ConceptDraw Internet applications are supported on your corporate network, first contact your company’s network administrator to find out.
To resolve issues with proxies follow these two steps:
- Ask your company’s network administrator to provide you with the proxy settings that can be used by ConceptDraw Internet applications.
- Setup your proxy settings manually by selecting Manually enter proxy settings in the Preferences panel of ConceptDraw Solution Browser.
Result: Now ConceptDraw automatically detects your proxy settings and works just fine through HTTP(S) proxy servers.
