How to Update ConceptDraw Products

ConceptDraw software is constantly improving: boosting performance, enhancing functionality, fixing bugs, and more. Updates are available to all ConceptDraw OFFICE users with no additional charges. ConceptDraw STORE helps to keep the installed software up-to-date, by notifying a user of any new updates and managing the downloading and installation. The ConceptDraw STORE lets to navigate through additional product extensions delivers help information, manages all updates, and gives them access to additional downloads and installs of ConceptDraw Solutions.

1. Run the ConceptDraw STORE.
2. From the Updates tab, check for any new updates to your products and solutions. The right panel of the STORE window displays “What’s” New information related to the selected update.

3. Select a product available to update and click the Update button.

4. The selected items are downloaded and installed automatically.
   Note
   If you use macOS: Installing and updating ConceptDraw products requires administrative permission due to Apple's security policy. To complete the update, you must enter the name and password of an administrator to verify that you are a user with administrator privileges.
   
   If you use Windows OS: Installing and updating ConceptDraw products requires administrative permission due to Windows' security policy. Other ConceptDraw STORE activities such as being informed of our updates and activating products do not require any specific permission and can be performed with regular user rights.

5. To run the updated ConceptDraw product, reveal it in the product list on the ConceptDraw Apps tab and click the Open button.

Result: With ConceptDraw STORE you can manage all the available downloads from the ConceptDraw site. Use the Check for Updates button to keep up to date with the latest updates.
