How to Synchronize ConceptDraw Licenses

This information should help registered users of ConceptDraw products, who find that their software is currently running in Demo — instead of trial or Full-Featured mode.

If you have installed the ConceptDraw software on your computer, but when you go to use it, a screen pops up asking you to either buy it or use the Demo, it means that you need to synchronize your programs with your ConceptDraw account using your ConceptDraw account credentials. Your programs will be running in the mode featured for your license type.

1. Run the ConceptDraw STORE.
2. To synchronize your computer with your ConceptDraw account, click Connect to account at the bottom left of the STORE window.
3. Enter your ConceptDraw account credentials — User Email and Password and press Sign In.

4. Use the Synchronize button on the Account panel to sync STORE with your active licenses for ConceptDraw software and solutions.

5. Once synchronized, you will find all installed ConceptDraw Apps and solutions listed in the Installed tab.
