How to Download ConceptDraw Products Through a Proxy Server
If you are not sure whether ConceptDraw STORE application is supported on your corporate network, first contact your company‘s network administrator to find out.
To resolve issues with proxies follow these four steps:
- Ask your company‘s network administrator to provide you with the proxy settings that can be used by ConceptDraw STORE.
- Run ConceptDraw STORE.
- Setup your proxy settings manually by selecting “Manually enter proxy settings” option in the Preferences -> Proxy settings tab.
- Press “Apply”.
Result: Now ConceptDraw STORE is enabled to connected through HTTP(S) proxy server of your organization.
