How to Report on Multiple Projects Status

Once an organization has a number of projects running simultaneously, a variety of business issues crop up, such as: what projects do we have running and what's their status?. The reporting capabilities of ConceptDraw PROJECT are really impressive. This section will help you find out how to report on multiple project status using ConceptDraw PROJECT standard reports.

Open multiple project file.
Activate the Solutions panel using button in the Toolbar.

In the Basic Projects category select the All Task Statuses report.
The Report Window will open. You can change report parameters if needed using the Report Parameters panel. Then, click the Generate button.

The report will be generated MS Excel file. Each spreadsheet contains a report on the status of a single project.
