How to Invite a New User to Your Workspace
Communication is key for a successful project. ConceptDraw PROJECT Server allows you to seamlessly connect everyone involved in your activity to keep your team working on the same page. You can invite users to your workspace. You can assign them roles in your projects if needed, or let them be “unassigned”. Each person you invited to the workspace you administrate is considered as a user within your PROJECT Server license, regardless of his own. Users you invite will also be able to download new projects into your workspace.
- Launch ConceptDraw PROJECT Server. The Projects page will be opened by default.
- Select a workspace and click the USERS item in the drop-down menu.
- Enter email (1), user name (2) and press the “Add User” button (3).
- Set the user’s role in the project (4). When you invite a user to a role of Resource Manager, you should select one or more resources from the list (5).
- The user will get an email notification, when he has been assigned the role.
