Using Google Desktop Search with ConceptDraw MINDMAP and ConceptDraw PROJECT
CS Odessa's plug-in for Google Desktop® Search makes searching your ConceptDraw mind maps and project plans fast, convenient and as easy as searching the web. Now there is no need to open individual ConceptDraw MINDMAP® or ConceptDraw PROJECT® documents. Perform a simple Google Desktop search and all relevant mind mapping and project planning content is displayed on your Google Desktop page. The plug-in is convenient too. Using with Google Desktop Enterprise, the plug-in enables you to search your corporate mind maps and project documents from any workplace in your company. This is no small matter.
Studies show that in most corporate organizations, employers spend up to 40 per cent of their time looking for information they need to do their job. Time spent searching for documents, re-creating documents that already exist, and shuffling through unstructured information costs organizations millions of dollars every year. Google Desktop Search is an excellent solution to this problem. CS Odessa is proud to have ConceptDraw MINDMAP and ConceptDraw PROJECT added to the list of searchable document types.
