Managing Meeting with ConceptDraw MINDMAP

- Fix the decisions for each item of meeting's agenda as mind map topics.
- Use interactive devices, for example screen or white board and all participants will be able to follow meeting flow.

3. Meeting results.

- Use the same mind map as the summary document.
- Use this mind map to create ToDo mind maps for meeting participants.
- Use it as a checklist for monitoring of decision's implementation.
