Step 1. From ConceptDraw PRO open the “Process Improvement Workflow” sample diagram seen below.

 

Step 2. Select an object in the diagram.

 

Step 3. Open the object context menu and select Hyperlink\Edit.

 

Tip: The use of absolute links is preferable, because relative links may not work on other computers. A relative link specifies the name of the file to be linked as it relates to the current document.

Step 4. Select link type and choose the document you wish to open, and then press OK.

 

Step 5. You are now able to open a linked document by double-clicking on the object that contains the hyperlink.

 

Result. This is a great way to build a personal navigator for project documents.
