Step 1. From ConceptDraw PRO open the demonstration file “Network Information” diagram. Now we are going to show you how to add network information for a printer.

 

Step 2. Add a new page using the Page Navigator context menu.

 

Step 3. Using the Text tool create a text object and enter the crucial information.

 

Step 4. Use the Page Navigator to open the Network diagram.

 

Step 5. Open the printer object context menu and select Hyperlink\Edit.

 

Step 6. In the Hyperlink dialog select link type Current document and choose Printer Info from the Page list.

 

Step 7. To open the printer information from the network diagram just double click on the printer object.

 

Result. You now have a professional looking interactive network diagram with structured information about all of your network elements.
