Step 1. From ConceptDraw PRO, select WebWave Panel from the File menu.

Step 2. From the ConceptDraw WebWave panel window, click Create site map in the Plan Site Structure section.

 

Step 3. Add site elements to the map by dragging them from the Web Site Map Shapes library to the document page. Start typing to add additional information.

 

Step 4. From the Drawing Tools toolbar, select the Smart Connector tool to connect elements using. Drag the connector from one dot to another.

 

Step 5. Right-click on any of the map elements and select Custom Properties... from the context menu.

 

Step 6. From the Custom Properties menu complete the required fields. Repeat these steps for each element of the web site map.

 

Step 7. Generate a ToDo list . From the Tools menu, select Wizards, and then Generate ToDo List.

 

Result. A professional web site map that contains project information (duration, complete, assigned resources) in its Custom Properties window. A separate text formatted ToDo list is also available for project managers and team members.
