Create an Organization Chart

Step 1. From the File menu, select Template Gallery (Ctrl+Alt+N — for Windows; Cmd+Opt+N — for Mac OS) .

 

Step 2. From the Template Gallery window, select Organization Chart from the list of Categories, then double-click Organization Chart — simple.

 

Step 3. In the opened Library window, select the Stylish Orgchart library.

 

Step 4. From the Drawing Tools toolbar, use the Stamp tool to add Title and Executive objects from the Stylish Orgchart object library to the document.

Note: For more information, please use the Dynamic Help window on the right side of the screen or by clicking F8 on your keyboard.

 

Step 5. From the Drawing Tools toolbar, Select Tool (Ctrl+1) to move objects in the document.

Use Guides, Grid and Rulers for easy object positioning.

From the View menu, turn on
Guides, Grid Ctrl+Alt+G — for Windows; Cmd+Opt+G — for Mac OS and Rulers. Click on a object and press F2, to enter text into objects.

 

Tip: From the Drawing Tools toolbar, use the Select Tool
(Ctrl+1)
to position the Team objects.

 

Tip: Use the Resize handles to resize the Team objects.

 

Tip: From the Drawing Tools toolbar use the Select Tool
(Ctrl+1)
to select an object(s). From the Formatting toolbar, use the Fill Color tool to change the object color.

 

Tip: Select an object(s), and then use the Text toolbar at the bottom.

Step 6. From the Drawing Tools toolbar, use the Smart Connector Tool (Ctrl+9) to connect objects.

 

Step 7. From the Drawing toolbar, use the Stamp tool to add a group of Team object from the Stylish Orgchart library to the document.

 

Step 8. From the File menu, select Save As Template... In the Save As window, specify desired file name and location.

Result. Now you have an Orgchart.
