Step 1. Open ConceptDraw MINDMAP. Enter the main idea of your presentation as a main topic.

 

Step 2. Add key points of your presentation as top-level topics. Each top level topic will be organized as its own slide when exported to PowerPoint.

 

Step 3. Add key statements as subtopics to top-level topics. Subtopics will be reflected as slide messages.

 

Step 4. From the main toolbar, click the “Export to Microsoft PowerPoint” icon.

 

Step 5. From the Export to PowerPoint window, select the default export type Outline and the presentation theme Chain. Click OK.

Step 6.From the Save as window, enter the name and location to save your presentation file.

 

Result: Now you have Mind Map of presentation plan and Power Point slides ready for your clients or project team!
