How to Brainstorm with ConceptDraw MINDMAP

Brainstorming is a way of generating ideas related to a specific theme. Usually brainstorming involves a group of people generating a lot of ideas in a short period of time. The key to brainstorming is putting off the process of evaluating ideas until a later stage. The participants keep a record of their ideas as they come to mind, without thinking them over. Unorthodox and unusual thoughts are welcome, and no criticism or justification is allowed in order to encourage participation. Though one can brainstorm individually, the technique works better in a group, as ideas expressed by one participant trigger more ideas from others, often based on associations, and the participants can benefit from each other’s experience and knowledge.
Brainstorming using a software tool has a lot of advantages over the traditional way of capturing ideas like flip-charts or white-boards. The latter have physical size limitations, which constrain the process as the number of ideas grows. Ideas become scattered around the room, making it is easy to overlook important ideas. Further grouping and prioritizing of ideas is inconvenient and requires a lot of effort. ConceptDraw MINDMAP helps to avoid these problems. How to Create a BPMN Diagram Using ConceptDraw PRO

Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) is a method of illustrating business processes in the form of a diagram. The most effective method of creating or analyzing a business process is to visually interpret the steps using a business process diagram, flowchart or workflow. This is known as business process modeling, and will be performed within a company by a team who have detailed knowledge of company process, and analysts with expertise in the modeling discipline. The objective is often to increase production or lower costs — by modeling the process initially using a flowchart, inefficiencies and problems can be spotted before committing to a decision or strategy. You can create BPMN diagrams using the ConceptDraw PRO diagramming tools. ConceptDraw have designed a solution that combines BPMN v2.0 methodology and graphical notification into one powerful package. The Business Process Diagrams solution from ConceptDraw Solution Park provides a comprehensive collection of vector

"An invoice, bill or tab is a commercial document issued by a seller to a buyer, relating to a sale transaction and indicating the products, quantities, and agreed prices for products or services the seller has provided the buyer.
Payment terms are usually stated on the invoice. These may specify that the buyer has a maximum number of days in which to pay, and is sometimes offered a discount if paid before the due date. The buyer could have already paid for the products or services listed on the invoice.
In the rental industry, an invoice must include a specific reference to the duration of the time being billed, so in addition to quantity, price and discount the invoicing amount is also based on duration. Generally each line of a rental invoice will refer to the actual hours, days, weeks, months, etc., being billed.
From the point of view of a seller, an invoice is a sales invoice. From the point of view of a buyer, an invoice is a purchase invoice. The document indicates the buyer and seller, but the term invoice indicates money is owed or owing." [Invoice. Wikipedia]

"Business process modeling (BPM) in systems engineering is the activity of representing processes of an enterprise, so that the current process may be analyzed and improved. BPM is typically performed by business analysts and managers who are seeking to improve process efficiency and quality. The process improvements identified by BPM may or may not require information technology involvement, although that is a common driver for the need to model a business process, by creating a process master. Business process modeling results in the improvement of the way tasks performed by the business. They can pick up errors or cons about the way processes are currently being performed and model an improved way of carrying out these processes." [Business process modeling. Wikipedia]

The vector stencils library "HVAC controls" contains 23 symbols of HVAC controls (sensors, actuators, timers, controllers, I/ O points).
"HVAC (... Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) is a control system that applies regulation to a heating and/ or air conditioning system. ...
Central controllers and most terminal unit controllers are programmable, meaning the direct digital control program code may be customized for the intended use. The program features include time schedules, setpoints, controllers, logic, timers, trend logs, and alarms. The unit controllers typically have analog and digital inputs that allow measurement of the variable (temperature, humidity, or pressure) and analog and digital outputs for control of the transport medium (hot/ cold water and/ or steam). Digital inputs are typically (dry) contacts from a control device, and analog inputs are typically a voltage or current measurement from a variable (temperature, humidity, velocity, or pressure) sensing device. Digital outputs are typically relay contacts used to start and stop equipment, and analog outputs are typically voltage or current signals to control the movement of the medium (air/ water/ steam) control devices such as valves, dampers, and motors."
