GENERAL:
Smart Connection Mode and Direct Connection Mode:
These two tools allow you to set automatic connection mode in the program. Now you can add an object to the chart and so that it's automatically connected to the previously selected object there. There are two connection methods: using Smart Connector or using Direct Connector.
To new operations added to the existing "Centre Page" command (Tools menu): "centre vertically" and "centre horyzontally". These commands align selected objects with respect to the drawing page.
When moving objects between or within libraries in the "as Text" mode objects appear as text (not as icons, as before).
When exporting filled object in EPS their were in fact black filled in the EPS file
Arrows didn't export as vector in PICT they were drawn as bitmap objecta so they didn't scale well at all.
Default Internet Browser is now recognized correctly.
Image map generation is optimized when exporting to HTML. Text no longer gets unnecessary clickable area if it's fully inside an object.
WINDOWS PLATFORM:
Export to GIF optimized. Export is much faster if the image uses few colours.
Now you have the option to convert EMF, WMF or PICT images embedded in the document to ConceptDraw objects. Use Figure/Ungroup for this.
MACINTOSH PLATFORM:
Import from EMF format added.
When inserting a vector PICT image you can convert it to ConceptDraw objects.
You can use the Enter key to finish editing text quit text editing mode.
