Changes from version 1.2 to version 1.3
GENERAL:
New connector tool: Direct Connector. Now you have the option to connect objects with straight lines, rather than routable connectors.
Direct Connect Figures tool. It allows to connect several selected objects with direct connectors with a single mouse click.
Text Edit Refinements
- Text zooms up automatically in order to stay readable all the time. The amount of zoom now varies depending on the font size of the object's text.
- In the Options dialog, the Miscellaneous tab sets the smallest size in points for visible text. For instance, if this value is set to 6pt, the program will activate automatical zooming in the text editing mode if the visible size of text is less than 6pt.
- Now it's possible to toggle off auto zooming if you wish. Check the "No auto Zoom" box in the Options dialog, Miscellaneous tab.
- Text positions more correctly when being edited.
- Some improvements in the Edit Text mode. For unselected objects, it's now possible to place the insertion point straight in the desired position with a single click of the mouse. This allows to work with tabular data with more convenience.
Clicking elsewhere on the object, or pressing F2 still selects the entire text, as it did before.
When carrying an object with the mouse you can make its contours show up if you stop moving for a while. Now, the preview also show its text and fill properties.
