Information about the task

It’s impossible to show all necessary information on a task in the diagram. Sometimes it’s not allowed by the degree of elaboration of the task. Additional information on the task can be entered into the note dialog (Task Information dialog - tab Notes).

If you need to add some notes to a task, select the task and call the dialog by one of the following steps:

1. Use Task notes in menu Tasks.
2. Call the context menu and select Task notes.

After adding notes, do not forget to press OK, to save the changes.

Task: In our example let’s add a note to the task "Choose a place". Select the task and call the dialog Task Information with open tab Notes. Enter the note: "The place should be near a pond suitable for swimming in".
