Resource list

The window is a list of resources with their characteristics. On activation of this window all the menus and toolbars become accessible, but the commands and buttons, that are not used for editing of the resources are not active.

The window contains the following columns:

• # - task name
• Name - resource name
• Type - resource type: human or material
• Cost - resource cost. For human resources in the left field the numeric value is specified, in the right field - the period for which the cost is specified (hours, days, weeks or months). For material resources only the numeric value is specified. If you need to specify any mesurements, this can be done in the field Note.
• E-Mail - the performer's e-mail.
• Note - the field for various notes on the resource.

Resources are added via the dialog Resource, which can be started from the menu Workspace /Add Resource (Edit Resource), from the toolbar Workspace with the help of the icon or from the context menu.

You can switch to the resource list window from the menu View / Resource Sheet or from the toolbar View with the help of the icon .
