Reference
File menu
The File menu contains commands for work with files: opening,
closing and saving files. Its commands are:
New - new file/project creating

To create a new workspace (new file, new document), click File/New/Workspace
option. One project will be added automaticaly. To customize its initial
properties Change Project Properties
dialog will be opened.
To create a new project within given workspace, choose File/New/Project.
Like in the previous case Change
Project Properties dialog will be opened. |

Open... – opening of an existing workspace. Open
dialog will appear. You can open a ConceptDraw Project document, MS
Project XML document or Text Outline file with it.
Close – closing a document
Save – saving a document
Save As... - saving the current document with another name
and/or format. Save As dialog will appear for this.
Import – creating a document on the basis of the information
taken from files of other formats

MindMap Outline - creating a project basing on the
information taken from ConceptDraw MindMap
MS Project XML – creating a project basing on the information
taken from Microsoft Project

The Export menu options:

MindMap Outline... – saving the document to the ConceptDraw
MindMap format. Export properties can be customized in the appeared
Export to Outline dialog.
MS Project XML... – saving the document to the MS
Project XML. Export properties can be customized in the appeared
Export XML dialog.

Page Setup – setting page parameters for printing with the
help of Page Setup dialog. Here you can
customize settings specific to the program (period to print, legend settings
and so on)
Print Setup – setting parameters specific to your printer
(such as printer choice, page size and orientation) in system Print
Settings dialog.
Print Preview – previewing the page to be printed.
Print... – printing of current page. When you choose this
menu item, system Print dialog appears. It allows you to choose
the numbers of pages to print, number of copies and other related parameters.
Open Recent - if you have already opened some documents, the
names of files which you have opened will appear instead of this item. When
selecting them, the application will try to open them in case they have not
been deleted or renamed.
Exit - exiting the ConceptDraw Project application.
Main toolbar corresponds to this menu.
