Workspace Properties Dialog

In this dialog, workspace properties can be set.

The dialog can be run from the menu Workspace / Workspace Properties or from the toolbar Workspace by clicking on the icon .

The dialog consists of the 2 tabs:

• General - currency properties settings.
• Calendar - parameters for standard work time are specified.

Buttons common for the both tabs:

• Cancel - closes the dialog without saving changes
• OK - closes the dialog saving changes

Tab General

On this tab, some workspace properties can be set:

In the section Currency, currency properties can be set, along with the cost of resources:

• Currency symbol - the currency type
• Currency position - the currency symbol position: before or after the number
• Decimal digits - the number of decimal digits

Tab Default Calendar

On this tab, parameters for standard work time can be set: day, week, month. These parameters are used as the default ones in the dialog Edit Calendar Dialog / Change Working Time.

• Working weekdays - set the work weekdays.
• Default working time - set the schedule for work time blocks and for breaks during a work day.

In the section Other the number of work time units for a certain time period can be set:

• Week start on - the day a week starts on
• Hours per day - the number of work hours per day
• Hours per week - the number of work hours per week
• Days per month - the number of work hours per month
