Report Wizard
Report Wizard is intended for successive collection of information on the report.
On the basis of this information, the program then will generate a report. Wizards
consists of several dialogs whose sequence and number depends on the report
type.
The Wizard can be run from the menu Workspace
/ Reports or from the toolbar Workspace
with the help of the icon .
Then from the list you choose the needed report type and press Preview.
The set of the bottom buttons is the same for all the dialogs, that is why
they are to be described separately:
- Back - go back to the previous dialog
- Next (Finish) - go to the next dialog
(complete the process of generation of the report and close the last dialog)
- Cancel - closes the dialog without saving the data
Dialog Select Project(s)
/ Report Properties
In this dialog you choose a project or projects on which your report is to
be created.


The window contains the list of projects of the workspace. To include your
project into the report, check it.
Select All - select all projects
Dialog Period of date
/ Report Properties
In this dialog, you specify start and end dates of the period for which your
report will be created. This dialog appears only for reports with the specified
time limits.


Begin Date
/ Start
- the start date of the first task of the period for which your report will
be created
Finish Date
/ Finish
- the end date of the first task of the period for which your report will be
created
Dialog Columns Properties
/ Report Properties
This dialog is for choosing the columns to be displayed in your report.


The window contains the list of Gantt chart columns. To include a column into
the report, check it opposite.
Sorting by column - choose the criteria on which tasks are
to be sorted. On all the text criteria the sorting will be done by ABC, on all
the rest - by numbers.
By descent - sort the tasks by descent (from the end to the
beginning).

Properties
This dialog serves for choosing of time intervals, for
which reports on material expenses will be generated.


Enter time interval by - choose the time period,
for which a report on the budget will be created.

Level Tasks /
Report Properties


Enter level of tasks - choose the level of tasks
on which a report will be created:
Only projects - include in the report only the names of
the projects
Level 1 - include in the report only the tasks of the 1-st
level
Level 2 - include in the report the tasks of the 1-st and
the 2-nd levels
Level 3 - include in the report the tasks of the 1-st, the
2-nd, and the 3-rd levels
All tasks - include in the report all tasks
(all levels)
