In a recent review, MacAddict stated that the Mac version of ConceptDraw provides "some of the most robust technical illustration, flowchart, and diagram tools available."

ConceptDraw for Windows can be used for documenting, presenting and managing many kinds of projects, including business consulting; marketing; IT infrastructure and database engineering; software development; system integration; Web site design; information architecture; engineering, and research.
