development," - said Oleg Bocharnikov, Product Manager of ConceptDraw
Standard and Professional. - "With implementing XML for ConceptDraw
developers obtain the opportunity to use our programs as a tool to
visualize their data."
CONCEPTDRAW 1.8 VERSION CHANGES
Both Standard and Professional editions offer built-in XML for
ConceptDraw. Thus, our programs obtain an open format, which allows
for data visualization. XML lets describe all necessary properties of
ConceptDraw documents allowing a third-party application read
ConceptDraw data without losing anything. Likewise, any other program
can generate XML for ConceptDraw and describe its own documents in it.
Then data from such program are easily visualized in ConceptDraw.
Users working on the Macintosh platform can copy/paste objects across
the applications of the ConceptDraw line via the system Clipboard. A
number of minor bugs are fixed by 1.8 edition.
