CS Odessa offers affordable academic and non-profit prices for students, faculty, classrooms/labs, departments, campuses, school districts, and entire non-profit organizations.

Depending on your organization or institution, we have a licensing program that will fit your needs and budget.

Eligibility

In order to provide academic and non-profit pricing on our products, customers must verify academic and non-profit eligibility.

	Academic and Non-Profit Eligibility
	K-12 Students and Parents If you're a student or parent of a child currently attending classes from Kindergarten through 12th grade, you can purchase ConceptDraw products at a special academic discount! Student must prove eligibility, and orders may be billed, shipped, and charged in the Parent's name. You must send in ONE of the forms below, dated for the current semester. The student's most recent Report Card Current semester/school year Student ID Registration Receipt for this semester A Letter of Enrollment on school letterhead College/University Students and Parents If you're a student or parent of a student currently attending classes from a degree granting college or university, you can purchase ConceptDraw products at a special academic discount! You must send in ONE of the forms below, dated for the current semester. The student's most recent Report Card Current semester/school year Student ID Registration Receipt for this semester A Letter of Enrollment on school letterhead Teachers, Faculty and Staff If you're currently employed at a K-12 or degree granting school, then you can also purchase ConceptDraw Office products at special academic discounts! Your purchase may be used for school or home. If your school is purchasing for classroom, lab or administrative use, you may be eligible for multiple licensing programs. Please contact our sales department for more information. You must send in ONE of the forms below, dated for the current semester, along with a Photo ID. A link to your school Faculty web page Faculty ID dated for the current semester or school year Letter of Employment on school letterhead Most recent Pay Stub (cross out confidential information) Schools, Districts, Colleges and Universities If you're a K-12 or degree granting school, then you can purchase ConceptDraw products at our special academic discounts! Purchase Orders: A Purchase Order (Net 30) is your proof of academic eligibility. CS Odessa only accepts purchase orders for purchases of $500.00 or more. Personal Credit Card or Checks: When paying for a purchase with a personal credit card or check, you must send a signed Letter of Authorization on school letterhead. Non-Profit Organizations CS Odessa allows charitable non-profit organizations to purchase software at academic discounts. If you are recognized as a charitable non-profit under section 501(c)3 of the IRS tax code you may be eligible. Please note software purchases must be for organizational use. You must send in a copy of your IRS 501(c)3 form as proof of your non-profit eligibility.

Academic Licenses

Student/Faculty Member:
Single user license for a student or member of staff/faculty.
Groups:
Single user license for groups of 2 or more students and/or faculty members. A license is purchased for each member of the group.
Classroom/Lab:
Affordable licenses for classrooms and labs. Licenses can be purchased for rooms and labs with 50 or less, or 50 or more computers.
Department:
This type of license covers staff, classrooms, and labs of departments within academic institutions.
Campus:
Affordable licensing for multiple departments, classrooms, labs, and faculty of an entire campus.
School District:
Multi-campus licensing within an entire school district.

Non-Profit Licenses

CS Odessa allows charitable non-profit organizations to purchase our ConceptDraw products at academic discounts. If you are recognized as a charitable non-profit under section 501 (c)3 of the IRS tax code you may be eligible. Purchases must be for organization use.
