1. Switch to the Gantt Chart view in ConceptDraw PROJECT.
2. Select tasks to be sent.
3. Right-click on the selected tasks, then choose Send To Do Map from the popup context menu.

4. An email is initiated using your default email client for all resource participants associated with the selected tasks. The emails have attachments that contain an associated ConceptDraw MINDMAP file with a task list map and preview.
