Landscaping with ConceptDraw 7

The concept “Landscaping” involves landscape planning, projecting, creation and management of land resources and constructions created by a human. Referring to projects of not big size and scale the stage of projecting and planning is called a landscape design. Correspondingly for owners of private dwellings the scale and timetable of projects even less and this stage for such projects is called –garden design.

After the template is opened you can specify such parameters as units measuring, scale or page size. After this drag to the document page objects from libraries you need, set sizes and locate them in necessary order.

The convenience of ConceptDraw lies also in the fact that you should only place ready libraries objects on the document page, though you are always able to create your own object and add it into your own library for further usage.

ConceptDraw objects can be connected between each other and grouped. For instance if you present the water-pipe in the form of connection between two end points, it will shorten or lengthen at shifting of these points.

As the plan created with ConceptDraw is not a static document, not only landscape architectures or engineers can use it for work but also landscape managers, which have to manage finished artificial objects such as parks, gardens or natural objects, for example forests or reserves. Landscape manager or landscape engineer can easy move objects of landscape design right in ConceptDraw document to view the final result and using smart ConceptDraw objects even to define their physical influence on the environment, for example how the object shadow will drop depending on the sun position, how the perspective will change from the definite point, for example out of the building window at assigning to the existing landscape new objects or how the tree trunk will bend at the wind breath.
