Save One Meeting

There is a lot of discussion on how to make management meetings more effective. A well-planned and effective meeting is a work platform that maps out the most effective use of resources for an organization. The elimination of meetings is a good measure of effectiveness for a project's process. When we were pulling together materials for this issue, we focused on what is best practice in meeting management. We looked at the meeting from a holistic viewpoint, how one can shape a meeting to make them shorter and more effective. We welcome you to now read, and then share your thoughts with us on what you do to make your meetings and projects more effective!

Minutes in a Project
Kick-off Meeting Can Save Hours

The minutes of project kickoff grant you an opportunity to set a right vector and tone for all project period. It is important to all participants to understand the project scope, vision, goals in order to make project team and stakeholders working in a single pace. Use this one-time chance to inspire the team, to set expectations, and establish guidelines that will help you successfully complete the project in time.
