Step 1. From ConceptDraw MINDMAP open the sample map “Marketing Goals & Strategies”.

Step 2. Select the topics you want to include to your Action Plan. And copy them using Ctrl+C (for Windows) or Cmd+C (for Mac OSX).

Step 3. Open Page Navigator, if it is hidden, press F6 to open.

Step 4. Double click on an empty spot inside of the Page Navigator view; this will add a new page to your current map.

Step 5. Enter the text “Action Plan” into the Main Idea on the new page.

Step 6. Press Ctrl+V (for Windows) or Cmd+V (for Mac OSX) to paste topics.

Step 7. Move topics into position with your mouse and then use the Map Management Toolbar to structure your Action Plan map.

Step 8. Select a topic or sub topic, and right-click. Select Hyperlink to hyperlink any topic to any other topic in your map. The hyperlinks can easily span over the map pages or they can also be linked to external data.

Result. You now have the start of a plan on how to achieve your SMART goals.
