Set Up and Share Processes with Your Team
Step 1. Ensure all your key process points have been added to your mind map. Download the sample “Marketing Presentation with Remote Team” to see how you can set up your own process mind map.
Step 2. Once all your process points have been added, order each process step using symbols. Press F9 to view Symbols.
Step 3. Add symbols to illustrate important process points and to add additional visual clarification.
Step 4. Press F5 to share this process with your team in Full Screen mode.
Result: A productive team on the same page with each other.
