Step 1. From ConceptDraw MINDMAP, open the document “Our Services”.

 

Step 2. Present the mind map to your customer so they can import their own points. Click on the important points, by clicking each topic.

 

Step 3. From the Symbols panel, click on the Important symbol, or press F9.

 

Step 4. The Tax Saving topic is marked as important to the customer.

 

Step 5. Repeat steps 2-5 to identify all of your customer's important points.

 

Result: A customer focused mind map.
